WHAT IS THE LINK?

 Link to Aging and Disability Resources is a collaborative effort among community agencies and the Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL) to provide information about supports to individuals over the age of 60 and persons 18 to 59 with disabilities.

 
 

 
HOW CAN THE LINK ASSIST YOU?
  
· Evaluate services necessary to retain independence
 
· Make connections with organizations that provide needed services         
 
· Assist with applications to determine funding eligibility

How can I stay as independent as possible?
· Home and community-based services are available to assist your needs.
 
How can I find the information for the help that I need?
· Call a partner listed on this brochure and our trained staff will refer you to the appropriate LINK partner; or visit the BCCAN website (www.bccan.org) and search information on BeaverLink services.
 
Is there a fee for services that I may need?
· There is no charge for assistance provided by the LINK. We can inform you of funding options
available regarding any service providers who may charge fees for service.
What can I do for my future needs?
· Explore existing options to ensure a secure plan for independence and to prevent unnecessary crisis situations.
