National Alliance for the Mentally Ill (NAMI)
NAMI is a non profit, self-help, support and advocacy organization of consumers, families, and friends of people with severre mental illnesses. NAMI provides education and support, combats stigma, support funding for research, and advocates for adequate health insurance, housing,rehabilitation, and jobs for people with mental illnesses and their families.
